Processing time
All products are made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
Shipping rates
- United States: $5.99 for the first item, +$2.99 for each additional item. Free shipping on orders over $75.
- Canada: $9.99 for the first item, +$4.99 for each additional item.
- Rest of world: $14.99 for the first item, +$5.99 for each additional item.
Delivery times
- United States: 3–7 business days after production
- International: 7–20 business days after production
Items in one order may be produced by different print partners and arrive in separate packages.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10+ business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, email brainrotsupport@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll work with the carrier to sort it out.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but contact us right away and we’ll try to help.
