How long until my order arrives?
Each item is made to order, so production takes 2–5 business days. After that, shipping usually takes 3–7 business days in the US and 7–20 business days internationally. Busy seasons (hello, holidays) can add a few days.
How much is shipping?
US orders start at $5.99, and US orders over $75 ship free. International rates are calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yep. As soon as your order ships you’ll get an email with tracking.
How do the sizes fit?
Every product page has a size chart. Since items are made just for you, please check it before ordering. Between sizes? Size up for a comfier fit.
Can I return or exchange something?
Because everything is printed on demand, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. But if your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, we’ll send a free replacement or refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us ASAP at brainrotsupport@gmail.com. Orders go into production quickly, so we can only change or cancel them if they haven’t started printing yet.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card details.
